It’s no secret that way too many women are overweight or not in shape.
You only have to go to the mall to see countless of overweight people eating unhealthy food.
However most of these people would like to look better.
Actually most of the people I know that are not in shape would like to get fit.
So what’s stopping people getting in shape?
It seems like many people have given up on their journey and think they have to settle with being overweight or out of shape.
In this article we will identify the reasons why some women have been fat for years and are getting fatter with every year that goes by.
We will also discuss how they can fix it and get in shape.
Why Women Cannot Lose Fat
Their reason is weak
If you want to go through a huge transformation you have to have a big enough reason for it that outweighs all doubts and fears.
You have to want it so bad that nothing can stop you from achieving it.
If you do not already have a reason to get in shape you are far less likely to succeed.
Your reason is definitely personal to you.
Maby you want to live longer for your kids or you want to get a bikini body that turns heads.
If you have a big reason to achieve something you will commit to it.
Aren’t you sick of being out of shape?
I’m here to tell you that there is still hope for you if you commit yourself 100% to getting better.
Find out your “why”.
Why should you go to the gym, eat healthy and do cardio?
Your “why” must outweigh the pain and sacrifice it takes to workout regularly and eat healthy.
Their plan of action is bad
If you want to sail a ship from africa to america you need to have a plan.
You will also need a plan if you want to lose 50 pounds.
The kind of plan that is specifically designed to achieve those results.
Doing “something” is not enough.
You will not get success with a few cardio sessions per week and a few ab crunches.
The plan you commit to must be very powerful.
If you are overweight and out of shape you most likely do not know what path you have to take in order to change that.
You don’t know what steps are crucial for your success.

Their diet is bad
If you see a person that is overweight there is a high chance that their diet is very poor.
Diet is so important that if you would keep a good diet you could stay thin without exercise.
That’s why you need to change your diet before doing anything else.
Start with your diet, then focus on training and then you can think about using vitamins and supplements.
With a proper diet you will go a long way.
You don’t need to starve yourself though, far from it actually.
Simply follow a high protein and relatively low carb approach, you can check out my diet which I’m giving away(see tip above).
You also probably know that you will need to stay away from chocolate, chips, ice cream, candy, sugary sodas and junk food in order to lose weight.
They do not exercise
There are women who are 80 years old in great physical shape. (look it up on google if you don’t believe me)
What they do to stay in shape is exercising daily.
They lift weights, do cardio and live an active lifestyle.
So your age has nothing to do with being in shape.
Being a mother is also not an excuse, even though you have kids you still can eat healthy am I right?
Well I get that you might not have the same time to exercise but you definitely can eat clean and at least get a few workouts in every week.
Daily exercise is one of the most obvious things you’ll need to do in order to stay healthy and fit.
You can start off by walking everyday if you are not already exercising.
Relying on supplements
In this day and age we want to get things, results and whatever we want fast.
Sometimes we want it faster than it’s actually possible.
That’s were I see supplements come in.
Some supplement companies lie to their customers that they will get in shape and lose fat just by taking a supplement.
They even say that you will not have to exercise and diet correctly to get results.
That’s not true and many women have fallen victim to these unrealistic promises.
In order for supplements to work you have to make sure that your diet is in check and you are training regularly.
After that you can use supplements.
Because supplements are only beneficial if your diet and training is in check.
