You can do these exercises at home without weights.
If you have a gym membership and know how to lift you can simply do your routine at the gym.
Walk for 30 minutes
Do a 30 minute walk when you have time.
This will help you to burn off more calories and get your heart rate going a little bit.
You can also cycle or do a short jog instead.
