We all can agree on that in the evening we tend to be most likely to eat candy or snacks while watching the TV.
A great rule of thumb is to never eat after dinner.
This is actually one of the most effective ways to lose weight.
In the evening most of us are relaxing after a hard days of work.
We are either sitting at the coach watching tv or surfing the internet.
In the evening our body is the least active and therefore it doesn’t require a great deal of calories to keep running.
That’s why it’s a great rule to let dinner be your last meal of the day.
If you get super hungry later on in the evening simply eat some vegetables and drink a glass of water, that will help reduce hunger.
Of course this trick only works if you have been eating enough of healthy throughout the day.
Don’t beat yourself down after one bad meal.
Many women I’ve spoken to simply give up if they fall of their diet.
They might eat a hamburger and think to themselves “I might as well have a cheat day, that won’t hurt”
Which eventually turns into a “cheat weekend” where you eat anything you want for 2 whole days.
One cheat meal won’t ruin your results, the same way as one healthy meal won’t make you fit.
Even though you eat 1 unhealthy meal don’t beat yourself down.
Enjoy your cheat meal and after that keep eating healthy.
It’s not a good idea to implement cheat days into your routine.
Rather have the occasional cheat meal instead and try to keep your diet overall good throughout the day even though you had one bad meal or a desert.
What makes us gain weight is eating a lot of unhealthy calorie rich foods.
Most professional athletes and fitness women eat cheat meals from time to time.
It actually helps the metabolism.
Increase your metabolism
Our metabolism is kind of like the fat burning machine inside of our bodies.
The higher it is the more calories we burn.
Many women have an extremely low metabolism and therefore get fat easily just by eating too much in a very short period of time.
One of the best ways to keep our metabolism running is to exercise daily.
This can be anything from a walk, jog or a workout in the gym.
