This is however in my opinion a big waste of time and will not deliver the best results.
Doing only cardio is definitely not the best way to lose fat, far from it actually.

The Best Training Method For Fat Loss
Lifting
I get that many women do not want to step a foot in the gym.
They are scared that someone will look at them, make fun of them or they are doing something wrong and everybody will be staring at them.
I’ve been training in various gyms for the past 10 years of my life.
Nobody will judge you for trying to get better.
I actually respect the overweight people that go to my gym and are working on fixing their problem.
That takes courage to do so, that kind of courage that gets you life changing results.
You have to realise that nobody is going to judge you or make fun of you.
The reason I am telling you this is because I want to encourage you to start lifting weights.
It is in my opinion the best way of exercise to get sustainable and consistent weight loss results.
Take your husband, boyfriend or friend with you to to the gym.
It’s better to have a partner but not necessary.
You can start off by doing simple exercises such as:
- Walking lunges with weights
- Step ups
- Leg press
- Leg curls
- Leg extension
These exercises do not require a huge amount of skill.
Once you have nailed them down you can learn one new exercise every week.
Eventually you will know how to perform most exercises with confidence.

HIIT
Lifting weights will always be a top priority for me when I’m trying to trim down.
Because it’s super effective.
However I also use a form of cardio called HIIT.
It works by increasing your heart rate up for a certain period of time, resting and repeating.
An example of this would be:
Sprinting for 1 minute, walking for 1 minute – Repeated 5-10 times.
HIIT is superior to a steady pace jog.
Because after a HIIT workout you will be burning off calories and fat for up to 48 hours.
Also it’s a relatively short workout and can fit into most schedules easily.
Do I need to lift weights to get in shape and look good?
Short answer : No you don’t.
You definitely can get in great shape without lifting weights, no doubt about that.
However I would suggest that you do some kind of exercise to speed up your results.
Dieting is the most important factor to lose fat.
So if you keep your diet 100% and you do home workouts and HIIT you should be able to get great results.
Also, you can use a fat burning supplement to get faster results.
