It’s no secret that many women struggle with getting in shape.
They have an extremely hard time doing it and seem to give up sooner than later.
Many women say that it’s impossible for them to get in shape.

Turns out that by developing certain habits you can stay in shape and get fit quicker than ever.
There is however one tricky part about habits: It takes time to develop them.
But once you have them, staying in shape will be much easier for you.

Diet is king
Everyone who has gone through a massive weight loss journey knows how important the diet is.
Diet is king, it is the single most important factor when it comes down to losing fat and staying in shape.
When embarking on a weight loss journey you have to realize this and act accordingly.
You have to make it important to you to keep a clean diet.
You wouldn’t fuel your car with crap so why would you fuel your body with crap?
When you develop the habit of eating healthy and clean you are well on your way to a fit body!
Exercise must be fun
Some people don’t like to exercise.
I completely understand I was like that a long time ago.
So it becomes like a painful chore they have to do “Oh I have to exercise again so I can get fit, even though I hate it”
Am I crazy for saying this?:
” I love to exercise, it’s fun and it makes me feel great”
I’ve found out that in order to exercise daily it has to be fun for you, or at least make you feel good.
Otherwise you are not going to develop the habit of exercising everyday.
At least that was the case for me.
I get it, it’s hard to start out in an exercise class, gym where you don’t know how the machines work and you are out of shape.
But once you get the hang of it, it actually becomes fun.
It’s very frustrating and boring in the beginning but after a few weeks you will actually start loving it.
When you exercise your body releases chemicals called endorphins. Endorphin triggers a positive feeling in the body. You will feel extremely good after working out.
Eventually you will become addicted to exercise.
When I talk about exercise that can be anything from a jog, zumba class, weightlifting or sports!
Say “Yes” To Yourself and “No” To others
Health must be the highest priority in our lives.
It’s actually not selfish to put health as your top priority in your life.
When you are travelling by airplane they always say that you must first put the oxygen mask on yourself before putting it on your child.
Because if you collapse you are no good to the child!!
Same goes for your health, without your health you cannot help others, you cannot take care of your family and that’s why health is so important.
You must be willing to say yes to your health and no to everything that is going to risk your health.
It’s not selfish of you to be away from your family to workout.
You are doing it for them, you want to be able to live as long as you can to support them.
So say yes to your health and no to others!.
Don’t always put yourself last, you deserve more than that.
Skip 30 Seconds of Fun for Pride and a better body
You know what I call eating a bar of chocolate?
I call it 30 seconds of fun because after eating it you feel like shit because you ate something that is only going to make your body look worse.
When you are tempted with eating a cake, candy or muffin.
Think of it as 30 seconds of fun.
Yes it will be great for 30 seconds while you are eating it.
But after that you will just feel bad about yourself.
I use this trick almost daily and it works like magic.
Drink The Water Skip The Juice
Water is in many countries free and in most countries the cheapest drink available.
However it seems like people always buy something else to drink.
Something that is better tasting than water but is filled with sugar.
Fruit juices is marketed as healthy, even though they contain a ton of sugar.
Develop the habit of drinking only water.
It contains no calories and will hydrate you better than most other drinks.
It’s so simple but yet so effective.
If you are eating healthy, exercising regularly and living an healthy lifestyle there are certain supplements that can speed up your results.
Remember that supplements do not work if you are not already living a healthy lifestyle.
