It’s no secret that there are countless of mistakes you can make when trying to lose weight.

Eating too many carbs
I’ve heard too many times too count:
Carb are actually not bad, they can be really helpful when losing weight
This is definitely true and I cannot disagree.
However the problem comes with eating too many of them.
Whole grain breads are not as good as you think, so are fruit juices and cereal neither.
If you truly want to lose weight fast you have to stick to carbs that are actually good.
These include:
- Sweet potatoes
- Brown rice
- Oats
- Vegetables.
- Fruits
Unfortunately this list is very limited, however in my experience sticking to these foods for your carb source is the way to go.
You have to sacrifice eating those calorie rich and sugary carbs for results!
Nobody said weight loss was easy, in fact it’s actually very challenging.
If it were easy we would all be walking down the beach in a bikini with six pack abs while eating a doughnut.
Counting on supplements and using the wrong ones
Unfortunately in this day and age we have many supplement companies promising customers magic results just by taking a few pills.
That’s not the way it works.
On top of that we have supplements that contain ineffective ingredients that simply won’t help you get results.
However, supplements can definitely be beneficial if you are actually on a good and a healthy diet.
You won’t lose weight unless your diet is in check, no matter what results these supplement companies promise you.
In my opinion the best supplements on the market are whey protein isolate, BCAA’s and I also use fat burners.

Giving it too little time
Do you wanna know why people give up on their weight loss journey?
It’s because they don’t see the results.
They may have been busting their ass in the gym for 1 month but don’t see the results.

Remember that weight loss is not a sprint it’s a marathon.
It will probably take you 3 times longer to lose that stubborn stomach fat than you expected.
Give it more time, don’t quit after 1 month of hard work.
It definitely takes time to lose weight but once you got that momentum going nothing can stop you.
