Cut out sugar

You should know by now that sugar is unhealthy, addictive and makes us gain fat.

Cut sugar completely out of your diet to get faster weight loss results.

Drink only water

Most drinks excluding water contain sugar or calories.

The kind of calories that are not helping us lose fat.

For faster results only drink water.

Use A Diet and training program

It’s no secret that having a diet and training program will deliver consistent results.

Keep the protein intake high

Eat meat, eggs, fish or chicken at least twice per day.

Protein is essential for building muscle and losing fat.

Reduce Carb Intake

Eat carbohydrates only around your workouts.

Try to eat healthy complex carbs such as: sweet potato, brown rice, veggies and oats.

Do HIIT

Use HIIT to burn off more fat.

An example of HIIT is sprinting for 1 minute and then walking for 1 minute repeated 5-10 times.

Use A Fat Burner

Eat Veggies

Eat 1 cup of mixed veggies with at least 2 meals of your day.

Start your day of with exercise

Do a walk, or a workout once you wake up.

It will speed up your metabolism and you will be more motivated to eat healthy throughout the day.

Eat 6 meals per day

Eating on a regular basis will help reduce hunger cravings and prevent you from overeating.

Never allow yourself to become too hungry because that’s when we crave sugary and unhealthy foods the most.
